Q. What shipping service do you use?
A. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Q. How long will it take to process my order?
A. All orders ship 2-3 business days after payment processes.
Q. How soon can I get my order?
A. USPS First Class Mail (our basic, cheapest/free option) take on average 5-7 business days to arrive. USPS Priority Mail averages 3-5 business days and USPS Express Mail averages 1-2 business days to arrive.
Q. How do I contact someone about my order?

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging and condition. Custom items are non-refundable and some items may be subject to a restocking fee of $20. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and you are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
